Noah didn't get the job.
We aren't moving.
I am sad.
Going to spend the rest of the day writing sad haikus:
Dear rain, if only
You knew the pain in my soul
You'd rain wine instead
or
Dear Fort Collins, I
Love you about as much as
Colonoscopies
And feeling like this:
I was sad for you until i watched dawsons face. sadness has no room in my heart anymore. only laughter.
ReplyDeleteSchadenfreude is a German word that means taking pleasure from the pain of others. Taking pleasure from Dawson's sad face? Is ok.
ReplyDeleteOh Dawson...where we you thinking of moving? Love the haiku's by the way..
ReplyDeleteOh man I loved that show! I don't know how it is possible but this is the first time I have visited your blog and now I think I will spend the rest of the day reading it... And then I might watch some Dawson's Creek.
ReplyDeleteLol Dawson. Was that from Jen's funeral? Sad...
ReplyDeleteHang in there Bea, good things are ahead!
Colleen--we are hoping to move OUT of my mother-in-law's house.
ReplyDeleteCyndi--can I call you Cyndi? Beware: You may need to watch BSG and Castle after reading it as well.
Heather: Boy are you a terrible DC fan. Dawson was crying because he gave Joey permission to run away on a boat with Pacey for the summer. He then goes on to spend the rest of his adolescence hating them both for doing what he gave his blessing for them to do.
Isn't Fort Collins rated the num. 2 best place to live?
ReplyDeleteIt is always rated highly, Sarah. And I believe it is a lovely place for many people. Just not for me.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you're here even though we NEVER manage to see eachother. I'm sad that you don't like it though.
