Then Quit

I keep trying to write you guys an interesting post and it keeps coming out like Harry Potter in Book Five--all negative and angsty and full of misplaced anger.

Luckily without the Voldemort.

And you know what? I'm just tired. That's all. I'll feel better Sunday morning after I've had a bit of rest; and then everything else will feel better too.

Someone said, "If at first you don't succeed, try, try again.

Then quit.

No use being a damn fool about it."

This is Vesuvius, throwing in the towel.

I love you, and I hope you have a mosquito-free weekend.

  1. I hope whatever your Snape, Dumbledore, Voldemort, teenage angst (Harry was quite the brooder) is it gets better.

You have cranked out some AMAZING blogs this year. People are still talking about how they relate to your topics! I'm gonna go ahead and give you a much needed vaca on the writing thing until you feel better about it. I know, my understanding inspires you.

As Homer would say 'You tried and you failed. The lesson, kids, is never try.'

    :)Adore you!

  2. My blog posts are 100% pointless most of the time. I always find your blog thought-provoking, hilarious and inspiring. You get a freebie now and then.
